Emely Jeanpierre looks up at the smoke in the sky at a designated temporary evacuation zone after evacuating from her campsite where she lived on the Russian River for 12 years. Emely evacuated Wednesday evening as mandatory orders were called in her area. In a rush, she had to bring her boats up from out of the water, get food for her cat and dog, pack up all her things and get out of Guerneville as quick as possible. Thousands of residents evacuated as the 13-4 wildfire burns in the rugged swath of coastal mountains in northwestern Sonoma County over the last few days. August 20, 2020.
